Hepatitis

Hepatitis is an infectious disease with a very high percentage of transmission. The main cause of hepatitis is a viral infection - infection caused by viruses. In case of chronic hepatitis, the infection lasts over 6 months. This condition may be mild, causing relatively little damage to the liver, or more severe, causing the destruction of many liver cells. Some cases lead to cirrhosis and liver failure.

Hepatitis A is always acute, being a short-term disease. At the same time, hepatitis B (caused by hepatitis B virus - HBV), hepatitis C (caused by hepatitis C virus - HCV), and hepatitis D (caused by hepatitis delta virus - D) are chronic forms.

One ProHumano+ HepatoDefense capsule contains 108 mg of silybin and 216 mg of phosphatidylcholine, two of the best-known substances with hepatoprotective role, which support the proper functioning of the liver.
